While rare, accidents can happen. We provide thorough safety briefings before any experience. Adhering to these guidelines is crucial, as we cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries that occur on the farm.

Each experience comes with its own set of age guidelines, crucial for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Non-compliance may result in being unable to participate, without a refund. Specifically, our Alpaca Walks are not suited for children under 4 years old due to the walking involved. Please check individual experience pages for specific age requirements.

While dogs are cherished visitors on the farm, they can’t join the experiences or enter the petting areas. We welcome them in our Tearoom, keeping them on a leash for safety.

To ensure a seamless start, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled experience for check-in. Late arrivals may miss out, as all adventures start with an essential safety briefing.

Failure to cancel or reschedule in time will result in the forfeiture of your booking without a refund.

Photography is welcome at designated stops, where our Walk Leaders can assist with taking photos. While on the move, keeping both hands on your alpaca’s lead ensures safety and enjoyment for all.

Our team, while knowledgeable, cannot assess medical fitness for participation. Please consult with a healthcare professional if you have concerns, especially regarding pre-existing conditions or pregnancy.

Book your experience promptly upon voucher receipt, checking your email (including spam) for confirmation. Our adventures proceed in most weather conditions, with adjustments made only for safety concerns.

Discover the rustic charm of our farm on foot, navigating tracks that might be uneven, steep, or sometimes muddy. Due to the natural terrain, we are unable to accommodate wheelchairs, strollers, or walking aids during our experiences. Each adventure requires a moderate level of physical fitness, with guests needing to walk or stand independently for 60 minutes. If this poses a challenge, we suggest considering other activities that may be more comfortable for you.

For families bringing young adventurers, ensure they can complete the journey on their own two feet. Should your little one need a lift, a baby carrier or sling is your go-to, as strollers are not permitted and free hands are needed to guide our friendly alpacas. Our special ‘Meet & Greet’ moments are standing-only experiences, without seating, immersing you fully in the serene farm surroundings.

By participating in our experiences, you’re embarking on an unforgettable journey with us. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and sharing the joy of these magnificent creatures and the beauty of the countryside.
